How to Unsubscribe

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe from our SMS program. You may receive a final message confirming your unsubscribe request, after which you will no longer receive messages from the program unless you opt in again.

Unsubscribing from text messages does not cancel an appointment or discontinue your care. Please contact our team directly for scheduling assistance.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and the owner or authorized user of the mobile phone number provided to subscribe to this SMS program.
