About the Event
The B4 series (Body, Balance, Bike, Beer) is a fun and active lifestyle movement offered to those in the Eureka community and beyond. Our goal is to promote and incorporate fun, fit, and welcoming personal training, yoga, and biking bootcamps to participants and rewarding them with a post exercise Melvin Brewery beer of choice! Be on the lookout for posts from Comprehensive Chiropractic & Sports Performance, The Mountain Bike Shed, and Melvin Brewery for details regarding upcoming events! Tickets are $15 and include 1 beer from Melvin’s that can be used later that day.
Please come dressed, with a mat, water, and a towel.
