What forms of payment do you take?

Cash, Check, Credit Cards, or interest free monthly plans available through Care Credit (a $99 set up fee is required to use Care Credit)

A 15% pre-pay discount is given if a treatment plan is paid in advance.

Payment for your balance on your consultation and subsequent follow up visits is due on the day of service.

Does Insurance Cover This?

We do not accept insurance or Medicare and we cannot assure you that services, office visits, phone consultations or lab tests will be in reimbursed.

Is Functional Medicine used in place of my primary care physician?

No.
