YOUR FIRST VISIT
| New patients may set up a personal appointment, or
phone consult, with one of our doctors. New clients are asked to bring
insurance cards, recent x-rays, MRI films, or copies of current lab work.
Patients may also arrange to have these reports
forwarded to the office prior to your scheduled visit.
Upon arrival, new patients will be greeted by one
of our staff and have any questions answered. |
