Comprehensive Chiropractic started out as a tiny 800-square-foot office with only two flat tables and a hot tank. We have now grown into an extensive state-of-the-art comprehensive chiropractic health and wellness center staffed by some of St. Louis’s best chiropractors.
Our founder, Dr. Patrick Feder, is a Eureka native with strong ties to the community. His vision from the beginning was to create a welcoming holistic clinic that fostered health and wellness in our patients and the Eureka community.

The health and wellness services we offer have grown substantially from the flat tables and hot tank we used in our first chiropractic office in Eureka, MO.
We now offer allergy elimination, nutritional counseling, a no smoke program, a weight loss program, acupuncture, massage therapy, yoga, Pilates and a decompression traction table for treating herniated discs. As a holistic health and wellness center, our goal is to treat the whole person, not just the pain. We will help you eat right, exercise correctly, stretch appropriately, and achieve the wellness that we all deserve.
